The Opening Night Film for JIFF 2022: starring Anthony Hopkins, Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong, Armageddon Time is a deeply personal coming-of-age story about the strength of family and the generational pursuit of the American Dream.

Directed by James Gray (Ad Astra) and drawn from his own childhood experiences, Armageddon Time premiered to a 7 minute standing ovation at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. JIFF are proud to present the Australian Premiere screenings.
